Always good at Dunelm, small problem today I needed a standard lamp,I got rid of one a few months ago because they stopped making the bulbs for it, we really liked the lamp and to our surprise there was one on show we were about to buy it when we asked the assistant if she had spare bulbs for it she said no they don't make them
any more, it was not the girl's fault she said I don't know why they keep sending them but we can't get the bulbs.
Went back today they have had a refurbishment, really nice,well done.

Quality gods at very fair prices. Great cafe with wide selection of cakes and sandwiches.This shop has been changed round since I was last in. Remodeling the interior has definitely improved the layout and it's now easier to find things.

The shop itself is great. However, I am always disappointed with the Pausa cafe. I thought it might just be the one in Aberdeen, but Dundee is just as bad. I never find anything appealing. It was bad enough yesterday for us to go elsewhere.

Service from floor staff was amazing, helped me find things through out the store. However from what i assume is the manager, he was appallingly rude towards his other staff members and it made me uncomfortable.
