Excellent service from Steve. Steve was timeous and professional, attending my broken dishwasher on Easter Monday. What could have been a written off dishwasher, Steve meticulously found what was the problem. A machined screw that had become undone, in turn the impeller was off the pump. A lot of work, getting to the said part but really grateful to Steve. Highly recommended.

My washer-dryer began making alarming noises at the end of a cycle. Dundee Domestic Services? engineer Stevie answered my plea for help in just a few hours. After showing him what I thought were bits of shredded cable that had appeared in the drum and the filter he identified them as bits of a banana skin! I must have put the banana skin in a pocket and forgotten about it. It had interfered with the running of the waste water pump, causing the noise. After checking the filter and running a few short cycles he reported that everything was back to normal. I was very embarrassed but very appreciative of the pleasant way he handled the situation. Top marks.

Contacted the company after washing machine stopped working. Engineer Steve arrived next morning, quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired the machine quickly and for a reasonable price. Very friendly, efficient and professional service. Will use again and recommend to friends and family.
