I was listened to, my concerns were taken seriously and I?m satisfied a full exam of my eye was done before Suzy confirmed what I suspected. She listened and agreed the symptoms matched what she found and gave me a prescription as well as a follow up appointment with a clear plan of what we will do moving forward. Everything was explained clearly and I was comfortable asking questions which she answered fully.
