Ordered ?seasoned? Mac and cheese and took 2 bites pasta was undercooked and was hard and the cheese sauce was watery and has no flavour at all plates where manky and had marks all over them same with the glasses that were warm service was terrible and got refused a refund for a meal (eventually got it after arguing) hardly anyone here which says it all horrible place to eat at wouldn?t even feed the food to a dog would of given 0 stars but unfortunately that?s not a option also had chicken and chips that was cooked by a tea light candle never coming back again the staff also sit about doing nothing chatting away to customers

I worked their for 3 hours before being gobsmacked and having to leave, disgusting food, they leave food out for days on need then re heat in a microwave, they have no care in the world for customers and I couldn?t not believe the lack of food hygiene they had, it was vile, they use leftover food days after cooking , they microwave hasbrowns and chips etc to heat them up after being out for days on end. They use foods from the shop floor and charge over 90x times the amount it costs, and they barely clean their dishes and cutlery , I had to leave and report it as it is absolutely disgusting and vile how they feed people in that way, they do not hire real cooks, they have a 16 boy working cooking most of the food, he said to me, ? I don?t care what it tastes like I?m not eating it? after handing to a customer , just disgusting , I?ve seen better food cooked by a child, they don?t care about customers, they heat up old food and I think this needs to get shut down. It?s out of order what they do. They need to be reviewed.

To no fault of the only employee on shift at the time of our visit, we waited a long time for our food. As mentioned, there was only one person to take orders, work the kitchen and serve the food.
Food was fairly decent, although seemed to be cooked from frozen.
Overall an enjoyable but lengthy visit.

Boufin! Ordered a chicken burger and fries. The fries were raw, felt like they were cooked by hot breath. Chicken burger bun was frozen stiff. Chucked it at my pals head for a laugh and ended up giving her concussion and frostbite. Won?t be returning! Absolute carnage. So disappointed.

Burger and curly fries absolutely disgusting. Needed a hammer and chisel together through the burger. Won't ever be back. Surely the Range could do better.

It was an hour before they closed and we were treated as if we were an inconvenience. The only visible staff member was in one of the cafe booths doing some work on a laptop and looked frustrated as we went up to the counter. She looked at us annoyed whilst taking our small order and muttered ?for f*cks sake? when she turned around to make the drinks at the coffee machine. There was three of us, we were all calm and patient with her. After she gave us our drinks at our table, more customers arrived after we sat down and she turned away to stomp back behind the counter. It felt as if she had been left to do everything on her own and didn?t expect any customers to come in around 3pm. When i went home later that day, i told my dad about the situation and he asked what the lady looked like. I described her to him and he nodded his head, telling me he had a near enough same experience with her. I felt bad for the lady as i think she was the only one working the cafe apart from maybe a dishwasher in the back. Coffees were nice, just need more staff.
