Visiting Dundee for a few days from the South and forgot my prescription tablets. My own GP surgery were unwilling to help but the ladies in here were so helpful and kind. Couldn't be more happy with the service!

poor service, unhelpful, turned away twice, told that a prescription was not a prescription when it was, took a number of phonecalls for my husband to be able to return back and made to send an email that wasn't required just to request a prescription. A basic prescription at that. it is Clear that staff are not trained, performance managed and the organisation are unable to understand or even follow a process they have clearly signed up to for the processing of electronic prescriptions.Avoid unless you carry around a portable printer, just to make their lives easier.
