Best Costa I've ever visited! Lovely welcome, helpful while choosing, barista lady very efficient and kept cleaning as she made the coffees. The rest of the team were buzzing around refilling the shelves and cleaning. It was clear that they are a cohesive and knowledgeable team! It was packed in there and it's obvious why ?

Good Costa Coffee cafe, situated in a large retail park in Dundee.
Coffee was good and the staff were friendly and efficient. Cafe looked clean and well-kept. Usual Costa offerings available. Handy spot to relax after visiting stores nearby.

Most staff can?t do a good cup of coffee. Untidy and dirty inside, not disable friendly. Dirty bathrooms. Go independent shops or Starbucks

Staff friendly quick service

The three people serving today were so inviting, courteous and professional. They advised me so well on a chocolate / coffee mix drink I wasn?t aware of and, it was excellent. They were not only kind to customers, the way they interacted with one another - led by the supervisor, was professional and warm. I am assuming the shorter person with a dundonian accent and dark hair was the supervisor and I only have lots of praise for the way that team was working.
