Visited Murraygate Branch this afternoon , Thursday 12 June 2025.
Staff were friendly and professional. Coffee excellent and well presented.
The Service was First Class. The ladies and gents toilets were spotlessly clean. A credit to the staff and to Costa Coffee.

Unfortunately, some of the staff have shown discriminatory behaviour, and their attitude hasn?t been good.

Great cafe, and the staff are AMAZING! I?m literally in right now and this gentleman was so cheery, he was like ?How are you? Would you like anything?? great customer service. Will definitely be coming back here more often! Thank you. :-

Jesus christ one of the staff members would just NOT, SHUT UP! I mean there's customer service and then there's having a mental breakdown half way through your shift. Clearly not been taking his meds. But Maybe this is acceptable these days. Who knows. Throwing coffee at the other staff member probably wasn't though. So just be prepared. He'll almost certainly give you his opinion on something if you asked for it or not.

View is a good place to have a coffee and cheese on with ham it's nice clean place to go it nice saff and many people how love the service it's will done it a good plan of kiss too it a nice cafe

The staff was nice and very helpful with regards to dietary restrictions, they took it seriously and had all the menu items with their allergens available to check. My only issue is getting given a plastic cup for a cold drink when it was sit in. My friend got a glass cup so I don't really understand why they don't do the same for cold drinks.

Service was really great. Very energetic and friendly staff. It was all let down on my drink however. I always get the Salted Caramel Frappe with just cream from costa because I don't drink coffee and it's quite a popular drink, but the one that was prepared for me was incredibly bland. You could barely taste the caramel at all and the cream was overwhelming. It was essentially just sugar and milk. Never had this problem besides here. Massive shame.

This is the best place to drink coffee and get work done. Everything in this cafe is perfect, and the wifi is super fast.
