“People do not appreciate the store they have in Menzies Hill. Morrisons is embarrassing down the hill in terms of customer service? Not even close, Spar staff are always serving we a smile, always welcoming, they’re friendly to my dog even tho he barks, always willing to help IF POSSIBLE! People give them a lot of stick but they have to deal with a lot of hassle being a popular store. The Costa machine is a game changer, baked food always, cakes are bangin! Out of the 3 different store in Menzies Hill the Spar next to the community centre is the best. All convenience stores have something be desired when it comes to range but again, comparing what we do have, the Spar again is the best!”

“Shop here on a daily basis but have noticed recently that a lot of the food is days out of date. When I mention it to shop assistant they just offer me it at a lower price. I don’t think shop keepers are doing stick rotating on items as seems to be more often these days I’m finding out of date stuff . Decent shop otherwise”
