To the driver of the van for clarkes I hope your day goes as awful as you made ours!
We pulled up to the spot that was no loading at anytime, which yes we understand means no stopping but we received a phone call that made the driver of our vehicle upset and having to pull over.
To the man who proceeded to beep his horn at us several times and the clarkes bakery staff who also told us to move with no please, don?t you think this is a bit hypocritical? No loading at anytime time means no loading at anytime?
Shocking attitude from staff and the driver of this van, I would understand if it was a loading bay, but to force us out of where we were parked due to the driver becoming unfit to drive very quickly so you didn?t have to walk a few more yards with your delivery? disgusting.

Used to be really good and went every morning but since they hired new staff they are never on time to open up so food is never ready on time for opening, by half an hour. The older staff are amazing. Just the new people

The food you receive here is good for the price that you pay. There?s no gluten-free options and when you phone the customer services to ask if they would be able to accommodate a GF birthday cake, the answer is straight up no.

Took a couple of kebab pies home which were pretty tasty too.

Staff friendly. Ordered chips and mince, macaroni and chips! Chips felt like double cooked/burnt! Poor tasting, this was approx 11pm. Would probably avoid during night in my opinion!

My youngest daughter and my wife were in the shop where my daughter purchased a rum fudge without knowing what rum means. The staff sold her the fudge and when she realised it unusual taste, she searched what rum is and when knew it is alcohol told her mom and talked to the shop that why they sold her alcohol item. The staff were arrogant and assumed they know what rum is not noticing the dress code of Muslims. Staff is lacking courtesy and training. This is bad experience for an 11 years old child.

Tried the famous Bridie pastry in Clark's Bakery.. The mince meat was tasty and the pastry was altogether really nice and warm, though the centre of it was a little cold.

Despite being first in queue of two people, the person behind was served first. I ordered a Lorne and egg roll which was ready suspiciously quickly, no sounds of cooking or anything. I got home to find they hadn't put the egg on. Really don't understand how you can mess up something so basic. Also the Lorne is now round like a burger which is very weird.
