Stellar service I got today. Ordered one of the Clarks bakery wraps and the lady offered to get it toasted which I much appreciated (for no extra charge). Ordered also a donut which was delicious and mince and chips which was made quickly. The mince was great and the chips were perfect and crispy (excellent portion size). Will come again when in the area.

Despite being first in queue of two people, the person behind was served first. I ordered a Lorne and egg roll which was ready suspiciously quickly, no sounds of cooking or anything. I got home to find they hadn't put the egg on. Really don't understand how you can mess up something so basic. Also the Lorne is now round like a burger which is very weird.

Whoever invented those doner pies with cheese and babus sauce needs a Michelin star. They are the best pies I've ever had in my life. Absolutely perfection. Thank you.

£4.20 for a bacon and link roll. Took about 40 seconds.... At that price you'd expect it to be freshly cooked but the bacon was hard and the sausages dry. Hadn't been here in years, used to be great. I'd avoid for breakfast rolls.

I put a review up a bad one as I got chips and coronation chicken but got home no coronation chicken.I was asked to phone Jonathan but every time I try to phone it just rings out and get cut off BAD SERVICE 100%

Poor customer service, staff don't listen to customer. I asked for my cakes in a box.. she bagged them... I asked for 4 different pies - I got two of the same pies. I asked for a flat bread pizza and it was served in a Paper bag... a pizza... in a paper bag... so as you can imagine it was inedible by the time we got outside to the car and realised it was all stuck to the paper. They don't have bags that fit large hot food boxes in and none of there hot food comes with sauce or seasoning... asked for but not provided. Avoid this place unless you on the way home from a night out as that's the only time you'd be happy with the quality of food or staffs attitude. When I asked the member of staff why the pizza is in a bag she said "you no happy like" ???

She starts serving people half way up the que, when I point out that there's a few folk who haven't been served ahead of them... it's somehow my fault!? Apparently I didn't follow the 'system', the un-signposted system which her colleague didn't follow when she served someone standing where I was, and obviously exists only in her angry head. Then later she lie's saying she asked 'who is next', yea cause me and the two people behind me would of ignored that!? Really!?

I ordered a egg and black pudding roll,the roll was doughy egg not well done.as I asked for,the roll came with 2 bits of black pudding on it probably only supposed to be one bit,the roll is not good quality dry and it was doughy.the price is expensive.
