Amazing service from John clarks specialist cars,from a test drive to all options ,they are helpfull and polite ,and willing to please ,,other companies should try to be more like this company

Had a ECU fault on my van and took it in for investigation. The front of house Sarah was very good at managing my questions and I liked the after hours service in terms of being able to collect the car up to 7pm. The mechanic quickly solved the problem and what I liked about the feedback was the video and commentary that was sent to me. As a customer that gave me assurances that the problem was identified and fixed and I also got feedback on a couple of issues with the car. I was happy with the whole experience.

Would not pute van in on warranty again treated like they don't want your business lady at desk very abrupt just doesn't listen she thinks she's a mechanic tried explaining fault high oil pressure been there twice with same fault was last in queue both times told them needed van back early both times think I'll pay myself next time might get better service

Horrible experience, health checks in garage consists of kick tyres and throw it out. They dont even diagnose vehicles correctly. Left me stuck without van for 3 months, having to go 400 miles to get a simple fault repaired and missing a serious defect on the health check on my vehicle. The most annoying part is they will deny straight away. Hopefully one day john clark will lose the franchise. I'm very surprised to see on forums how many other people are experiencing nothing but bad from them trying to over charge on fixed pricing. Seems john clark motor group just want to rip people off.
