Overall good place to watch films, not to busy, clean, good selection of food, kid friendly, only downside I find is that seating can be a bit cramped if the screen is busy.

Good screens, moderate sound system, family friendly staff. Whenever you sit near a stair keep in mind there will be a bright spot light on your head bit annoying but its there.

Been ok before but me and my pal tried to get in to watch a movie (my pal seen it before in the cinema) they said we were too young at first but then when we came in with an adult they still sent us away.My pal just got in a couple of days before to watch the same movie with an adult and she was let in.This was very disappointing as we came in twice and they didn?t help at all and the customer aerobics was very rude and cheeky.

I've always preferred Cineworld as it's closest to me and something about feels more cosy than the Odeon.I have a membership here so go to the cinemas as much as I possibly can when a new film is out.From recent visits the staff are always friendly, have a good laugh and feel almost like friends! I went here the other day to see the 20th anniversary of Love Actually and they seemed to be having a small malfunction with the slushie machine, not a lot of food in stock which all SEEM to be a disaster but the lady who served me was super friendly and kind about it all and offered us substitutes and was in general amazing customer service.The film was of course enjoyable and we left with smiles on our faces.

Audio is pretty bad, high end hurts the ears in loud scenes. Screen is discoloured, could be needing a clean or replaced.Staff are nice.

Great cinema. Comfortable seats with a great view.Food and drink are a bit expensive but that is expected and in line with other cinemas.Parking is no problem, too.
