This has become my usual coffee spot when I'm out with my dog because the staff are always so sweet to her. On our most recent visit she actually punched one of the staff members and they were all still very nice to her. She said it was an accident and she is very sorry. I've attached the apology face she made after the incident. The coffee and cakes are nice too ?

I regularly visit Cafe Nero Dundee and it's my favourite place for coffee etc. Staff are friendly
and there's a happy, relaxed feeling about the place
and there's plenty of room and if you're a dog lover, you are welcome. I've travelled widely in the past and done lots of cafe-ing and this is my favourite cafe.

This customer service isn't really that good, they give you the side eye most of the time when u take too long to order, then the drink always contains too much foam and the prices are a rip off in my opinion. Overall it was ok, not somewhere I'll choose to go again

Went in for a flat white, member of staff that served me this morning - His manners were terrible!! (Short dark hair & glasses) An absolute disgrace!! Really had to bite my tongue!! ?? Happens quite a lot in this Cafe!! ??
