Puppy was on his first walk and was thirsty and lady working there was happy to give him a bowl of water, before I?d ever been or intended to purchase. Those working there are of all ages and are all very kind, helpful and knowledgable. Huge variety of products too. Now a regular customer, we can?t forget about our local businesses!

A harness I bought for my dog turned out to be too small I took it back and was told they would try to find a replacement they put my details on the receipt put it in a bag .weeks later no one contacted me despite putting it their book . I phoned and went over the details they asked for the receipt I said you kept it I went into the shop it felt like they were trying to say I was trying to con them. Eventually they found the bag with the receipt in it .I won't be back

I thought it was just a pet shop but they sell a lot more than pet food .I can buy spices various beans and pulses and a lot more and the 2 female staff were more than very helpful. I will buy my spices etc from here from now on. Great service.

A mixture of pet supplies and human food. Strange but it works, the staff member couldn't have been any nicer. Def a shop to pop your head into.
