Very helpful staff phoned to check if they had a baby bath soap and they had the last 2 in Dundee Boots, lady I spoke to put both of them aside as I was coming from quite a distance away.

Great wee pharmacy. A special mention to the store manager who has welcomed me in the door with great empathy, listening skills and knowledge including how the healthcare system all connects and finding the best solutions over the years. Never underestimate well trained and experienced staff.
Practically - the store is easy to park outside/across the road (although avoid the school times as it can get tricky). Google has it open all day but it does close for lunch 1-2.

Lovely staff, couldn't be anymore helpful and nice. Dealing with a 1 person in,1 out system brilliantly. There's never that much of a queue at most times. I think it's a great chemist with really polite staff.

What can I say about this chemist or at least the staff at this chemist. The service started off well making home deliveries which suited us as we are both pensioners with nultiple health issues, my husband wo is the only driver has a disabled badge. Then for some reason they withdrew this service and we had to collect from the shop which was a considerable nuisance as even ordering a repeat prescription 3 days earlier you were not gauranteed that it would be ready, which happened recently. I called in at lunchtime to collect a prescription and although they had everything there they refused to give it to me and I had to leave, cut a family visit short and return later in the day using more time and petrol ( I do not ive in Invergowrie, but it is the nearest chemist) because the pharmacist was on her (unpaid) lunch her words not mine as I thought everyone took their lunch unpaid , and when I asked the pharmacist if there were times when you could not collect your presciption displayed in the shop or on the website to make the customers aware of the time restrictions she said no because it could happen at anytime. Therefore clearly this chemist is managed for the staffs benefit and not the customers. I do understand their concern re medication being checked prior to handing over to the customer as this chemists previous pharmacist was found guilty of dispensing the wrong drugs, however I do think if your doors are open for business/service then you should be able to provide the service.
