The staff are so sweet. I suppose because I'm there often that I'm known to them now and all the staff are so friendly and helpful. If advice is needed or are unsure about anything, they are always helpful. Love ma wee Boots Chemist.

I use boots in Brownhill even though it's not my nearest chemist, because the Staff are always very friendly and always willing to help know matter what, even over the phone.Hard working and reliable and take the time to get to know there regulars.

This place has everything. Even a cafe a d that means it has toilet facilities, which are kept fresh and clean.You might go in there for one thing; but you always end up looking at other stuff..especially us women " O that's nice, and that's nice Ooo look at that !! it's beautiful. Then you end up in the store for ages,and if you have children with you they get fed up and need the toilet or you end up.bribing them with a toy or a sweetie. The staff are helpful and pleasant,they don't harass you they wait for you to go to them. If you see 2 members of staff chit chatting do not hesitate to interrupt and ask for help, they are so nice and happy to help you.The only thing I would not buy there is stuff for my dog, I find it more expensive than across the car park (no! not the Bingo?)
