Place is a joke my prescription was in they had the stock and I was only one in shop was told 30 minutes to process the prescription joke.

Staff are horrible and very rude changed pharmacy's always withheld your medication no texts or prescriptions done for ages even though they had it always told have to order stuff in no privacy either always shouting in front of a whole shop letting them know Ur business never be back hate all the staff in there

I went to collect a prescription which it turned out the admin at my doc surgery hadn't sent to the chemist. The assistant could not have been more helpful, even offering to phone the surgery for me (they kept telling me it was sent, until they admitted that it hadn't been lol). She offered me to sit in the consultation room while I waited for them to fax it, and as I was feeling very ill at the time, I really appreciated this gesture. I felt real sense of caring in this local community chemist.

Put in a prescription yesterday and told them I would be back today to collect. Went in this afternoon to be told the pharmacist would need to check item off first. Was happy to wait outside, 20 minutes I was standing outside only then to be told that my prescription was not valid and that I would need to speak to my gp on Monday. I totally understand that I couldn't be given my medicine die to this, what is infuriating is that it took all that time for this to be discovered. Surely this could have highlighted sooner to me like when I handed in the prescription so I could have contacted the gp. I am now short of medication for the weekend. Also haven't had my text for any items in the last few months and no one answers the phone. Due to this I have decided to change my preferred pharmacy.

Never have a full prescription sometimes make you come back twice.This time they didn't give me enough pessaries. Only gave me 15 when prescription said 70! Made me call my GP to get another prescription! Didn't know that when the prescription is from Ninewells GP cant repriscribe! Never going back there. Find the staff highly incompetent
