Served very quickly, straight after the doors were opened at 13:30 on Thursday.
Staff explained they have tried a number of times to correct the OPENING HOURS listed here on Google.
They do close for half hour lunch break 1-1.30

Terrible service, they can never help with advice always tell you to contact your doctor even when it?s a minor issue. Recently Iv had enough so I?m looking for ways for it to be picked up on so they can improve there service as it?s not really a helpful store at all and iv been around ever boots. Please look into the way these staff members treat the public as they are not doing their jobs to the fullest if they?re abilities like any other chemist in Dundee. Iv had problem after problem with prescription they never give me all my items, or they say they don?t have when my docotrs have repeated stated they have sent it, so then they say oh yeh we have it but we don?t have the stock make you feel like your crazy. So terribleUpdating again as this is is still occurring recently made an online complaint as this store is very rude. Because I raised an issue within the pharmacy about medication not being right the pharmacist now has a visible issue with me attending the pharmacy he is very unprofessional in his approach- I asked his colleagues for my prescription and to speak with the pharmacy and as I said I raised a issue a week before this so there attitude towards me was not professional they acted like I was a horrible person because I told them they made a mistake in there medication count the pharmacist didn?t ask ye polite liek how can I help today he looked me dead on in the eye and said nothing to me didn?t ask what I was looking for help with I was so confused as to why he approached me like that but then realised he then didn?t like me much after me pointing out his mistakes. Like I said Iv taken this further now been going on for over 6 months the pharmacy and some colleagues do not have a professional attitude they are rude and because they are stressed they think they can be blunt and make people feel uncomfy. Glad the reviews speak for themself and it?s not jsut me there rude too! It?s nice to be nice everyone makes mistakes but no need to be continue it on and make people feel uncomfortable when there already suffering!

I am trying to check whether my prescription is ready.. no one has answered phone for two days, just going onto engaged. I have walked along to pick up prescription ( does Boots close for lunch now??)to find door locked and a note saying Pharmacist is absent from premise. This is shocking. Now trying to phone again, still engaged. Something has gone badly wrong with this chemist.

This place is a shambles. You wait for 4 to 5 days on your prescription only to be told they can't get it, it needs to be ordered, no communication, 4 weeks later still can't get it but other branches of Boots stock it, prescription handed back, now need to find transport to go to another branch, why couldn't they have arranged for it to be sent to them. Shocking

Potentially the worst pharmacy in the country. Staff always seem to have something more important than dealing with the people in front of them, have literally no people skills and decidedly unapologetic when they make a mistake which is common.The whole place needs some customer service training, or even a short lesson in basic politeness.Avoid if you can, but if you have no choice try to keep your calm as they don't make it easy.

Staff are completely incompetent. Prescriptions are always "not there", wrong or missing items and the staff are never apologetic. Avoid if you need the correct medication!
