Visited this store this morning I'm pretty hopeless at choosing makeup for myself,asked the lovely girl at the makeup till for some help she got it right first time I'm so happy ?

Disappointed with the service at Kingway boots, at about 6.30-7.30 today. My husband and I purchased makeup products and were eligible for a free makeup pouch with a £20+ spend. When we asked the staff at the tills about the offer,they said yes and bought one,when asked is all the bags has the same products, one employee rudely claimed all the pouches contained the same items, which we knew wasn?t true. If we hadn?t asked, they wouldn?t have even given us the pouch or we would have bought the one they gave us instead of having to choose that we would like. The experience felt dismissive and unprofessional. The staff's attitude needs serious improvement if you want to maintain customer loyalty.

Was in yesterday for a couple of things,one I had no idea what it even was.I approached a lovely young lady who worked there and asked for her assistance.unfortunately they didn?t have the items but the lady went above and beyond and looked up what I needed and informed me of what it was and also checked google for me.so nice to see there are some lovely assistants out there x

Between 6-45 to 7:30 pm today. Wanted to exchange knees compression to elbows compression bought last week. Rude women at the till asked me for bank statement to prove if I did purchased compression from here then rudely said you might have bought compression from somewhere else. Get rid of that rude staff. She is bad for your business . Others saff and manager is ok and friedly

This small pharmacy has been refitted to create more prescription and dispensing space, so there is very little on display in the shop. Seems to have been more/different staff recruited which is good as previously as with other small Boots pharmacies the staff were not very welcoming.
