I did have a bit of a long wait to see pharmacist for consultation as was very busy. Given the current situation re unable to get doctor appointment, the pharmacist was very good and sympathetic even although he was unable to help my condition. He advised to contact nhs24

Had flu injection here. Have also used previously too. Friendly, helpful staff.Boots pharmacy Albert Street, Dundee. Well stocked. Security man on site. Parking. Bus stops too.Prescriptions.

Disappointed with service had to wait about 1hour should have in the hours that pharmacist goes for lunch and info put on front door.

It?s a lovely pharmacy, but it?s also overcrowded with drug addicts. More priority goes to them while there?s a massive queue at the actual pharmacy. Some of the staff should learn to smile and not make you feel uncomfortable. ( also if you?re going to ask me my address? at least make sure I can?t see the address on the bag your away to hand me?)

Never have had a problem with my prescriptions, couldn't fault boots on that at all. Always answer the phone when I have called. The only issue would be some of the staff, the unwelcoming looks, the constant staring and at one point laughing at you. Other than that, it's a reliable pharmacy just need to sort out attitudes of some of the staff

Excellent service. Only recommendation I have is, the address check made me uncomfortable as the other people could hear my address and I could hear every other client's address.
