Bought a pair of trousers size 12 at £24 Had to return as too small tried on a pair size 14 and were fine. Did not have the receipt but should have asked for a credit note as they gave me a straight exchange but the size 14 were only £12. Total rip off as they scan the items and know this. The black jeans I bought they are my size but I had to put a extra button on them as it look like someone sent them back who was big and stretch them round the waist they keep on falling down I am disappointed with them
