I needed a new hinge for a bathroom cabinet which was approx 3 years old. Didn't have the receipt, but was told in store that wasn't an issue as they had our order on file. They couldn't say if I could have the hinge under warranty and gave me a customer service number to call. The person on the phone was very helpful and said they'd call me back the next day, which he did. I then received two new hinges free of charge delivered to my home by the date they stated. Excellent service. Well done Bath store!
