Absolutely a shambles of a bank, departments don't know what each other doing. Online applications are a joke, I have uploaded my documents 3 times and now have to travel to a branch to do this. This is after Central number could not offer me an appointment, told me to go to branch, branch does not have anyone working there to sort out guardianship. Given a phone no to phone, lady at end of phone didn't know what to do and told me to go to branch. Eventually after a long phonecall her boss sorted it out.

Very helpful, solved the issue quickly and without fuss. David was polite, professional and efficient.

Absolutely useless, big queues one girl asked if they can help anyone, she can't, so goes back for a blether with colleagues while there are chairs empty for serving customers, people in the queue moaning falling on deaf ears, certainly does not sit well with customers.

Really harass their customers with funds. They are not allowing me to use my own fund for personal issue such a pathetic bank it is I had never seen such a worst bank ever. They have useless bank policies these are simply made to torcher their customer.

Older counter woman has no customer skills , rude , obnoxious & stuck up being very difficult, luckily a younger lady was able to help without the stinking attitude

I wanted pound coins to be told they didn't have any. However they miraculously found some when I pointed out that I was in a bank !

Always been satisfied with the service of the staff here so no complaints from me,well done staff.And customers must treat them with respect the same way that they treat you with respect,hard times at the moment.

Very helpful but no direct phone number so it very difficult to short out tbe probelems.we bave to speak to customers hotline which is taken hoours to resolve problems
