“Popped in for a cheeky wee breakfast this morning and there’s a few things you should know . Let’s start with the Staff . Morag (her name means Great or Greatness) provided the highest level of service of I have received in any superstore cafe.
I bought a big breakfast and a latte and was not disappointed. The food was fresh and probably on a par with some of the 5 star restaurants I have visited recently.
The food was so fresh it was melt in the mouth the eggs were cooked perfectly . I am honestly delighted with my time in Dundee west Cafe .
I wish Asda had many more staff like Morag . She is inspirational and made me feel very welcome. As a disabled person that’s something that doesn’t seem to happen often but Morag is the reason I would advise you to visit the cafe in Asda Dundee West .”

Your deli (cooked chicken n pizza) staff like Moira and the rest of the guys including the bakery go above and beyond to help even when they're labelling machines are down they still maintain the highest level regardless if some customers talk to them rudely Moira n Co still keep their charm and are brilliant now that's proper service. I hope the new management try out serving on your counter for the day swap places that would be fun to see them juggle like you guys do. It's staff like you folks that make me keep coming back you are really a great bunch disabilities or not Moira you have a knack of knowing when I.m going to ask for something and your lip reading is superb ? from this happy customer thank you ?”
“I regularly shop at Asda Dundee Milton Superstore, and overall it’s a convenient, well-stocked option in the city. The store is large and bright, offering everything under one roof—from groceries and clothing to electronics, household items, and even an optician and petrol station .
Parking is generous, and although it can get busy during peak times like Christmas or weekends, there’s usually space available . Inside, the aisles are clearly labelled, making it easy to find what you need, and they’ve introduced quieter shopping hours between 2 pm–3 pm on weekdays, which is a nice touch for noise-sensitive shoppers .
Customer service tends to fluctuate. Many visits are pleasant experiences—helpful assistants at self-service and cash desks, and staff like Debbie on the customer service desk go above and beyond, which really stands out . However, there have been times when friendly service dipped, and self-checkouts felt understaffed or slow .
The product range is impressive, and prices are competitive compared to Tesco, Morrisons, and Sainsbury’s . A notable issue I’ve encountered a few times: items without barcodes—once, a bike accessory wouldn’t scan until I rushed to show the cashier a photo of the price tag. They handled it well, but it did cause a small delay”

“Fantastic example of what a BP should be. Wild bean cafes open 24 hours a day, no night hatch, very decent product selection and cafe selection and some of the best pastries I've ever tasted. Fuel prices are excellent, especially for the BP premium fuels, perfect if you're on long road trips, good stop over hub.”

She happily explained all the steps and options for speed of delivery/tracking, and went out of her way to label and tape my parcel bag for me (maybe it's to not keep other customers waiting haha! jk). Convenient and quick trip because of the friendly and helpful bunch!”
