Popped in for a cheeky wee breakfast this morning and there?s a few things you should know . Let?s start with the Staff . Morag (her name means Great or Greatness) provided the highest level of service of I have received in any superstore cafe.
I bought a big breakfast and a latte and was not disappointed. The food was fresh and probably on a par with some of the 5 star restaurants I have visited recently.
The food was so fresh it was melt in the mouth the eggs were cooked perfectly . I am honestly delighted with my time in Dundee west Cafe .
I wish Asda had many more staff like Morag . She is inspirational and made me feel very welcome. As a disabled person that?s something that doesn?t seem to happen often but Morag is the reason I would advise you to visit the cafe in Asda Dundee West .

Good sized store where we usually stop on the way to Aberdeen. Toilets and also hot food counter make it a quick and easy pitstop.

Was in store the other night and had the pleasure of meeting one of the staff.His name is Joe. Such a delightful and helpful man. Nothing was too much for him. Asda should reward staff like Joe.Thankyou for all your help.

I am a customer of this store for many years. I have to be honest and say the standards of this outlet have gone to an all time low.
I can no longer plan a weekly shop due to the lack of products available on the shelf. Even ASDA products such as ready meals frequently have "out of stock" labels on display. The best before dates on the fruit and veg items are disgraceful.
I have spoken to staff on several occasions, senior staff included, and have been advised there is a staff recruitment ban in place. It seems to me the stock is in storage with no staff to put it on the shelf.I have on several occasions caught floor staff out by asking them to check the back store for a product.The staff member comes back minutes later to advise "none in stock".I have then asked another member of staff and they arrived back with several of the item I required.Is this customer service?
On a recent visit I was one of ten people at a checkout to pay for my shopping. There was only one checkout open.I, like many people prefer to use a checkout facility but it seems the store is now dictating as to how I pay.I asked the cashier what was going on and was advised six staff members had left an no replacements taken on.
I will end this review by stating that they need to address issues at the Pizza counter. It is a disgrace that a sign is put up to advise no Pizzas can be mad up due to unforseen circumstances. I have again been advised this is a staffing issue. Only today this sign was up despite a member of staff on the counter doing absolutely nothing.I pulled him up on it and in a panic he said he could make up Pizzas for me...why the sign then?
I hope these issues that I have raised will be addressed or I, like many others, will be shopping elsewhere

Shop advertised as open at 6.am.. myself and 4 others were standing waiting for over 15 mins.. shop was still closed.. not one member of staff notified customers.. usual Asda customer service

I would like to say a huge thankyou to each and everyone of you who helped my mum today after she was involved in a collision at asda myerkirk dundee. The kindness that was shown to her was absolutely amazing. A very special thankyou to the employees michael and Heather who were absolutely amazing with her and stayed with her and kept her calm as she was very shaken up. These employees are an absolute asset to your company and definitely deserve recognition for that. The other witnesses who went to her aid were so brilliant too and your kindness will not be forgotten. I'm so very grateful to you all

This store is just run by thieves!!!
BE CAREFUL IF YOU GET GAS FROM THEM
We filled up with gas there and used a debit card. The amount of £99 was taken as a guarantee and instead of refunding the overpayment of £56.59, ASDA refunded the full amount which was £42.41.
After 10 days of discussion, they say that everything is in order and that they have no problem and therefore...no refund!!!
It's just theft!!!
