Not 24 hours
Rushed us 2 minutes after when it said ten minutes till closing
Didn?t even let me and my cousins pay and go to checkout with our items that we got so far

I placed an order online today. You gave me old, moldy and smelly mushrooms! I paid for it and it's not suitable for eating, they're all slippery!

I regularly shop at Asda Dundee Milton Superstore, and overall it?s a convenient, well-stocked option in the city. The store is large and bright, offering everything under one roof?from groceries and clothing to electronics, household items, and even an optician and petrol station ?.
Parking is generous, and although it can get busy during peak times like Christmas or weekends, there?s usually space available . Inside, the aisles are clearly labelled, making it easy to find what you need, and they?ve introduced quieter shopping hours between 2?pm?3?pm on weekdays, which is a nice touch for noise-sensitive shoppers .
Customer service tends to fluctuate. Many visits are pleasant experiences?helpful assistants at self-service and cash desks, and staff like Debbie on the customer service desk go above and beyond, which really stands out ?. However, there have been times when friendly service dipped, and self-checkouts felt understaffed or slow .
The product range is impressive, and prices are competitive compared to Tesco, Morrisons, and Sainsbury?s ?. A notable issue I?ve encountered a few times: items without barcodes?once, a bike accessory wouldn?t scan until I rushed to show the cashier a photo of the price tag. They handled it well, but it did cause a small delay

Really fed up of the fluctuating price rises, especially when they are accompanied by roll back signs.Today small individual cans of coke clearly marked as 60 pence on shelf scanning at 68 pence ! What is this about?

I've been in afew times recently during the evening and it was like being in Baghdad or Pakistan. If you want to see how badly we have been invaded I would visit this store anytime between 9pm and 3am and youll see. Foreigners everywhere its disgusting.

No public toilets in the evening suppose disabled and pregnant people dont matter after 11pm.

Phoned the 01382 number as there was a red weather warning today and wondered if the store is closed, sadly I got through to their call centre in India who didn't know??

Actually a very decent Asda as it goes. It?s decent sized so has a good range. Theres also a large clothing section with some decent stuff. Have visited at peak times on weekends and the shelves are fully stocked and it?s fast through the checkouts.
Love the pizzas they make up in store (American sizzler is the daddy).
Getting in and out of the car park can be a bit of a faff when it?s busy.
