I Purchased from Asda Kirton dundee,a kettle and toaster from the household range and I had a 5 pounds voucher??on my phone rewards but as I Purchased it I was then told it had to be a living store? Why? It is household as it says on the voucher but from a living store with none in Dundee? Does people not live from the dundee stores? What a con and was told not the only person to be took in by your advertising team ? not good as I shop there mostly but I am thinking twice! TESCO? etc. Thanks!

This store sent out the wrong order via Express Delivery that could not be returned. Order delivered had to be binned and refund refused! Avoid Express delivery it is a nightmare of over apologetic incompetence.

I have my shopping delivered every week from Asda. The deliveries are always in good time. The people who deliver my shopping are always very helpful and cheerful. I appreciate their chat as I don't see many people. ???

Friday afternoon and no checkouts on, no duty manager in store, customers are walking out leaving trolleys with groceries, shambles if this is the best they can do no wonder Lidl is busy.

Do not order online. Did not receive 30 of my items. They phoned an said they had been left in store and asked if i could pick them up. I do not drive and paid £8 for delivery. The man on the phone said he would see what he could do and give me a phone back have not received a phone call and cannot get through to store as a customer
