Possibly the WORST service I've ever received. Came to the door, has taken a photo, but didn't bother to knock. This has happened 3 times, tomorrow will be the 4th attempt.Customer service department are rude, unhelpful and quite frankly totally inept.The system for booking redelivery is shocking. Limited, unhelpful and fragmented.To sum up, one star is too much.

Worst delivery carrier I've dealt with. Overnight delivery is a joke, they'll choose when they want to drop it off. Slow and bad customer service.

Never heard of APC Overnight until this parcel, presumably because there's reasons nobody out of the thousands of parcels I have arrive per year actually wants to use it.Literally got ding dong ditched by the guy. I was at my door within 10 seconds of hearing the doorbell, card was already through and he was already on the other side of the path jogging away with the parcel. It's either hiring incompetent drivers or the depots are so bad they have to skip some parcels to get some kind of quota.I never knew this company existed, wish that was still the case.

Less then 30 miles from Aberdeen appears to be in the Highlands according to APC and delivery charged as such. This is nonsense and robbery. No answer to my calls. Not much of a service. You cannot continue treating people like this.

Can't make contact, No one answers the phone, "Missed You card", hasn't been filled out so I can't arrange re-delivery, and can't collect due to Covid..... wonderful

Terrible service. Gave my parcel to local company that made up story about intercom not working, but I do not have an intercom. Couldn't work a standard gate, so left it open for 2 whole days and still didn't get delivery!Absolute shambles and expect the item to be returned to sender. Avoid at all costsNo-one answers the free phone number and they try to redirect your call via automated system back to the company that doesn't answer the telephone.Letter of complaint on its way to Jonathan Smith APC Managing Director.

Delivered someone else's parcel without knocking on my door whe I was in. The parcel had instructions that it was not to be left with anyone or in a safe place. No answer on their phone numbers despite 6 calls in office hours. No sign of my parcel either, now lost in their "system "

Had a perishable gift for a friend to be delivered by APC but it was not delivered to the address stated in the order. I received an e-mail stating not delivered to address but my friend was in all day. When phoning APC the girl stated that this was a new driver and he did not find the address!!. Very strange given the sat nav technology available. We arrange a revised delivery date for a few days later but some of the pershisables were no longer edible and the gift was ruined. Had to re-order a fresh hamper/gift from the supplier to try and deliver again....waiting with bated breath if this gets delivered second time round. Poor excuses I'm afraid.

Sent my parcel back becuase they said wouldn't fit threw the letter box... the parcel beenie... no bigger then a slice of bread. Took 4 attempts for them to deliver to the post office
