The rudest staff I?ve ever come across on the road got told we couldn?t park on the forecourt then told couldn?t use the toilet unless we bought something even tho payed £16 for a few coffees toilet were a disgrace then got accused of not paying for our items which we had a receipt to prove walk of in a mood when shown I did t even apologize we will pass the service every time now

Terrible customer service. Please learn the law. There is no age limit to buing lucazade sport. Refused to serve so took my buisiness elsewhere and got it fine.

They've started closing their toilets at 10pm. Stopped here at 10 and they didn't let me in. I'm heavily pregnant and had a long day. I had stopped here for years every trip to my parents house, very disappointing. Will be avoiding in the future.

An exceptional experience! The customer service was top-notch. And the staff was friendly, attentive, and went out of his way to assist. The looms were spotlessly clean and well-maintained. Overall, the service was efficient, and the atmosphere was welcoming. Highly recommend this fuel station.

24hour services?. Well that?s a joke, 10pm shut the doors and I was refused the use of the toilet. Told me to go to the services. Well what are you because it states on the road signs ?Services?. If you?re going to be a 24 hour service station you need to keep your doors opened 24 hours. Can?t get the toilet, a hot drink or food from here after 10pm so basically a petrol station, no good to anyone on long journeys or with children as it was my 4 year old who needed to use the toilet. Absolute joke of a place and staff don?t care either.

Often stop here when returning home from Dundee. Have never had any problems with the toilets - they have always been open and clean. Have sometimes had a problem with the coffee machine but there has always been one working and the staff have been happy to help if necessary.

We stopped while on a long 8 hour journey back from Scotland, to pick up a coffee and something to eat, the coffee stations were filthy, they looked as if they hadn?t been cleaned for hours, the sausage bap was inedible, the sausages tasted and looked as if they had been reheated several times and the bap was so tough - one member of staff was wandering around looking on his phone - not a good experience I?m sorry to say

Refuses to sell coffee before 6am just point black lie about coffee machines being off when you can clearly see them working.
