Bad service in here. Extremely rude unhelpful woman serving (Large with blonde hair). Absolutely no manners what's so ever. Left feeling rather offended. She obviously doesn't enjoy her job or she was possibly hungry. Learn some customer service skills.

I?ve had another disappointing experience at Dunbar Post Office with the larger elderly lady with the blonde bob. Unfortunately, she is snippy, rude and unhelpful, which makes visits here quite unpleasant. On this occasion, I ended up leaving without posting my parcel and went to East Linton instead, where the lady serving couldn?t have been kinder or more accommodating.
It would make such a difference if customers were met with a more helpful approach treating each person with respect patience and kindness. I would normally put a bad attitude down to catching someone on an off day but this is happens each time she serves me. Please could you ask her to be a kinder person?
The rest of the staff are always pleasant. Thank you.

Pauline at Dunbar Post Office went above and beyond to support my partner in receiving his parcel, a simple error by sender caused a huge issue but nothing that Pauline was prepared to go the extra mile, she went next-door and made numerous phone calls to enable secure delivery, thanks Pauline your a start xx
