Staff are rude woman with white hair is disgustingly rude thinks she can talk to you how ever she wants no manners at all. My card didn't work she just walked away and served someone else when I asked her what was happening she told me it was my problem not hers. Went to coop card work fine staff are nice there and helpful

I visit Dunbar a few mornings a week and I've had fantastic customer service each visit. Very polite staff who always seem to smile and make time for the locals.

Staff are good, particularly Carol and Ilean. The shop took a step down from when it was the coop but good produce from Nisa. Rumor has its going to be supplied by Morrison's, gonna be another step down!
