“A deceptive little hotel. Doesn't look anything to write home about on the outside, but the food was fantastic, the room I was in looked recently refurbished with a modern bathroom and walk in shower etc, and all the staff members I spoke with were welcoming and engaging.”

“Called in for a few drinks at this bar and it was busy.The beer was very good and it shows sports on its many tv s.This bar follows rugby as shown by its photos and flags on the walls and ceilings.We never stayed in the hotel rooms.”

“We had a family get together at the Pine Marten, Dunbar. The food was great and our server Hannah was attentive and made for an excellent evening. Wide selection of pub grub and a relaxed family atmosphere. Would definitely recommend.”

“Just want to be clear that my review is based solely on the bar of this hotel.We were staying elsewhere in Dunar and I was out for a walk and stumbled upon this place and ventured inside a look.It looked comfy and cosy so later on in the day I went back for a wee drink.The man behind the bar couldn't have been nicer.The bar itself was well furnished and well lit which made it very inviting.Had a lovely time.Just a shame they weren't serving food,as I definitely would have ordered something.Worth a look.”
