My dog was very poorly and i phoned up the lady on the phone couldn't have been nicer, poppy was seen as an emergency really thought i was going to lose her couldn't believe it when she walked out of the vets wagging her tail.

On entering the practice I immediately felt comfortable and confident about my appointment because of the warm welcome and friendly interaction. Had been concerned about my dog?s condition but was reassured during the treatment that things would improve which indeed they did. Very pleased as he has been in good form ever since.

I always get nervous taking Ziggy the cat to the vet, this time was so relaxing, the young lady on reception was very friendly she made me feel like a person not just a customer, she chatted to me while we waited for our appointment time, both visits to the vets were really easy as the vets explained everything they were going to be doing to ziggy and the reason for treatment also explaining Ziggy could feel a little out of sorts because of the injection and that he would be fine in a day or two which was fine, and now Ziggy doing really good and back to his cuddly self ? thank you to all the staff.

Great practice if you have small animals like rabbits or Guinea pigs staff are friendly, knowledgeable and always listen to your concerns. And if they are unsure about anything they will seek specialist advice.
