I picked my carpet early September, I’m still waiting, shockingly bad service. Despite numerous phone calls and visits to ask what the problem is. Would not recommend.

Went in for laminate downstairs, came away adding carpet throughout upstairs too. Alasdair gives sound advice based on experience, and managed to turn us round fairly quickly as we were up against deadlines of both ours and his. Superb job, not the first and not the last.
