Terrible customer service in Dumfries WHsmiths, we were spoken to in a rude manner by two floor workers whilst looking at things to buy and they tried to kick us out for simply looking at toys and asked us to walk ourselves to the door. I pre-ordered a book at the end of July, that was being released on the 24th October. I did not collect it until yesterday (Monday 30th October) I never got updated emails, that it was on the way to the shop or that it was ready to collect.
