I?ve been in here a few times with my toddler and I?m very sad to say the staff here are not kid friendly at all. My toddler can get excited to pick a new book and this is viewed as a disturbance and we have been made to feel unwelcome. What a shame that they can?t encourage young children?s love of reading and a young kid getting excited over a new book. And such a shame when buying a book on the high street is all about the experience, and I could more easily buy something online and not support the high street.

Me and my partner were in the store the other day . I purchased a present for my other half . I managed to sneak upto the till while she wasn't looking and said to the lady ! Can I pay for this just now and pick it up when I leave the store . she said of course . On leaving the store she gave me the item and it was all gift wrapped . Great customer service from these two ladies .
