The staff are always so friendly and helpful, and it’s just a joy to spend time surrounded by books and lovely people!

I’ve been in here a few times with my toddler and I’m very sad to say the staff here are not kid friendly at all. My toddler can get excited to pick a new book and this is viewed as a disturbance and we have been made to feel unwelcome.
