First of all the contact phone number in their welcome pack is invalid! A good start. I contacted their customer service 4 times and each time the experience was poor. I was contacting them about lack of internet and phone line, they kept asking me for details that were in the emails, they could not accept that I could not access this information. In fact one operative suggested that I go online to find the answers??? They just were unable to take on the information that I was giving them. Eventually I was able to talk with a technical support person, who asked me to perform tasks that I was unable to perform (I have mobility issues and visual impairment, which are flagged on my notes) He couldn't comprehend why I could not do as he requested. He then said he would do something in the system from his end and monitor this,then phone me back in 2 hours. He never did. All operators said they were unable to put me through to complaints, yet one did! Complaints were as good as useless, issues still not resolved. No internet no phone line.
Footnote: The person at complaints said she would phone me back at an agreed time, she did not. A written complaint has now been submitted. I now have internet but NO home phone service.

Bad company to deal with all round but the store said it would be open on a Sunday from 12 - 4 pm online but it was shut wasted a trip

Didn't get seen to, staff quite happily chatting to customers about holiday destinations while other customers waited to be seen. Suppose staff are only being nice but it's frustrating when you're next in line and wait half an hour and still don't get served.

I really feel the need to give an extremely positive review to Ro the Manager at Vodafone Dumfries.After having a pretty stressful 2 weeks with Vodafone Online my visit to the Shop in Dumfries was with quite some trepidation…But Ro the Manager was Absolutely amazing and fantastic he went above and beyond for me and absolutely nothing was an issue. I left the Shop both delighted,happy and Smiling.Ro Thankyou from the bottom of my heart for your kindness support and understanding You are a complete Blessing.All the very Best.Diane Irvine.😊.

Excellent service from ro the manager. So patient setting up my sisters package. He deserved a medal for his time. Everything was well explained several times but there was problems along the way but ro managed to solve them for us. This managwr deserves a medal vodaphone. My sister is 81 and found it very hard to take it all in but fingers x she is on her way thankyou
