“From the moment I phoned for a quote to recover my car Parkdales employees were easy to talk to and put my mind at ease. Then when James the mechanic came to my car to see if anything could be done before recovering my car. James showed my Mum exactly what was wrong with my car and said his colleague would phone me to let me know exactly what was wrong with my car which they did and they were so polite and left me to make my mind up on what I wanted to do with my car. I then decided to get James and his colleague to recover my car which wasn't easy as it had to be done with skids and winched onto the flat bed as it was something to do with caliper that made the car unable to move. Nothing was a hassle to Parkdale and their employees. I will be singing their praises forever more. Thank you.”
