My experience with them was horrible, they just overly processed my hair with bleach and put the blame on me that i have done it so much frequently, i showed them the pic that i wanted dimensional brunette balayage so dont put too many highlights just a few at the top but she did all over and then told me to wait 30 mins and i have seen the hair dresser putting coat on and she went out side when she cam and took me for a wash my hair were rubbery shedding and when i told its not normal she told you dont know we do it everyday and then when i went home i was crying and i called them back so the other senior stylist called me snd they just done some treatments but still they are so so damaged not the clr that i wanted its so much brassy and uneven and rubbery, people trust their hairstylist and when I complained they said it was your fault why didnot they checked them before i asked the girl before do you think my hair is healthy for highlights and she told me they looks perfectly fine but then at least they should accept their fault too.

Had a wonderful experience.. staff very friendly and attentive.. did a fantastic job on my hair and have booked to return! Tammy was amazing and Tracey made an great coffee .. would highly recommend ??????????

Got a cut and colour , I?m so happy with it , Martha ( I think her name is ) was wonderful and patient as I didn?t know what I wanted , would def recommend and use again , the massage chair while getting my hair washed was a brill added bonus ?

Today was my first visit to The Hair Boutique. A very friendly welcome, excellent service from Charlene who listened when I explained how I have my hair, she asked the right questions and made me feel relaxed.
