Visited the Dumfries store today to purchase a pair of trainers for work, I showed the guy the ones I was wearing and told him I wanted the exact same trainer, he immediately took me to them and sorted my size, didn't get his name but he was south African and extremely helpful.

Around two weeks ago I purchased sports socks priced at £7.99. Which was a marked down price. Today I went back to purchase another set of sports socks, and low and behold they were marked up to £10 ,with a sticker saying sale price.
