Stuart and Adrian at Dumfries Screwfix have been absolutely brilliant! We?re new to the area and they?ve both gone out of their way to make us feel welcome. Always happy, smiley, and genuinely helpful ? nothing is too much trouble. It makes such a difference when people take the time to go that extra mile. Thanks both for the great service ? you?ve made our DIY adventures a lot easier already!

Was in the Dumfries store today with my mum and was served by christine( assistant manager which is a bit of a joke considering her customer service) my mum had previously been in and was helped by the same person but upon return I found her very abrupt,rude and dismissive. She had told my mum on the previous visit she could order the item for next day collection but upon return she said she didn't say that and she couldn't order it after all. Her customer service was not professional. I hope this is handed down to store level because as an assistant manager in a customer facing role she needs training

Ordered 2 bath mats which i didnt think screwfix sold them. Excellent service from distribution centre both delivered next morning. First class at dumfries as well

Went to pick up my order only yesterday, only to be told that it was out of stock. Received the text message saying that it was ready for collection. However after traveling 7 miles to get there was out of stock. Therefore had a wasted journey. The chap said that they were getting a delivery in the following day. Therefore, went back today to pick up my box of screws. Only to be told that they're still out of stock. 24 hours waiting for them, what ever that means......Fuel costs me money people.Three visits will be 21 miles there and 21 miles back.Until then no screws no work......
