Fast service and good customer service

Every time I go to this shop the staff are so horrible to the customers. Mandy (or I think that?s her name) literally telling me to get out the way?
If this wasn?t the only shop that was near me I would never go here again. If I could give negative stars I would. I don?t know why this is deemed acceptable. As I know where I work if I treated customers in the manner it is accepted here I would go home feeling like the worst person on the world.
They need retrained and need to get some empathy. Or quit

Grate shop one or 2 of the staff have not smiled past 40 but clean and always polite

Never once had a problem. But prices fluctuate frequently. Especially if it's bought more, then they make it more expensive

Poor customer service. Never seen a staff member in this shop smile. Always a hostile attitude. Quite often has long queues. Staff members on the shop floor more concerned about filling shelf?s than helping customers. I went during the advertised ?open? hours on the outside of the shop to be greeted by hostility at the door from a staff member saying to me that they were actually closed.

All the staff are absolutely brilliant each and everyone of them, they are all very cheery and helpful at all times , nothing is any trouble to them and the same must be said for the Post Office Staff . Staff seem to think they don't need to wear masks walking around the shop not realising they are putting people at risk who are unable to wear masks and also putting each other at risk and not even keeping 2 metre distance. Makes it worse there is a staff member wearing an exemption lanyard but other staff seem to think it's acceptable to work around them unprotected putting lives at risk. Everyone should have their mouth and nose covered.

Decent amount of stock but staff so unpleasant to deal with. Been coming here for a while now and same every time. I know it's stressful at the moment with the whole lockdown situation but even before that happened it was the same. Store manager (blonde) and supervisor (one with the dark hair and plastered in make up) are the worst for it. They speak to the staff and the customers in really rude and aggressive manner, it's no wonder the rest of the staff seem so miserable. Impossible to get a smile or a friendly word on the till, more likely to get your head bitten off. If you can go elsewhere then definitely suggest you do, otherwise make sure you're wearing your tin hat when you go in.

Refused to serve me alcohol because my daughter was in the shop at the same time as me, she got asked for id even though it was me in the que with the drink, my question ti this is if a parent trys to buy drink with a 10/13 year old beside them they will be refused

In this global crisis you would think that the staff in this shop would lighting up a little and help there fellow human but not a chance with thi motley lot! Lol the manager well above her station, it's an Co-op not an airport, as for the dep manager worst case of muting I have seen in years, eh your 65 not 25 hen what a mess.

Good little shop before the pandemic but awful at the moment utter chaos in their today people packed in no social distancing what so ever no limit to the amount of folk in the store que for checkouts nearly ground the shop .....folk actually pushing past and touching you......Of to Aldi from now on....We're it's controlled better..Lovely staff tho...But is a rather stay covid free THANKS
