As both business and personal customer the staff at the local branch are simply great.They take the time to sort and explain things and they are always curtious.Unfortunately less can be said for some of the abuse they have to put up with from uptight ignorant customers.Nevertheless they are always professional and go above and beyond to give excellent service.Thanks

The treatment my mother received from RBS in Dumfries when registering my Father's with them was nothing short of disgusting. Unhelpful, unsympathetic and down right rude. Absolutely unacceptable treatment.
