I would go as far to say , best joiners in town. They're work is first class. They have done 3 kitchens for me, oak doors etc. very high standard of workmanship. ?

I recently had a new kitchen designed and fitted by Mark and Alan.They were so helpful with the design as I am rubbish at making decisions. They were very hard working and nothing was too much trouble. The kitchen is fantastic and I am loving it.Services: Kitchen countertop installation

Was looking to sell a flat with a very dated small kitchen but I didn't want to spend huge amounts of money. Contacted Peter Haining Kitchens and they were fantastic. Very easy to deal with - they knew exactly what was I was after and were able to supply an ex display kitchen for a very reasonable price. Got new doors fitted to our original kitchen cabinets which Peter fitted 15 years ago and were as good as new so he works with very good quality products and this is why we went back to him.Very competitive price, order came quickly and was fitted quickly too.Work was done well, no mess. Very happy with the whole experience.

We have just had a complete new kitchen fitted by Peter and have been very impressed with everything from the initial home visit through to the quality of the finished kitchen. The work was started on the date agreed and finished within the predicted timescale by the friendly professional staff. We would recommend Peter Haining kitchens for service, quality and value.

I had a peculiar experience this morning with Peter Haining. I discovered that, as a home owner and potential customer spending thousands of pounds on a new kitchen, I am not permitted to enquire at all about the product.That's right, don't dare ask what the units are made from... he says he is insulted and marches out of the property. How is a simple enquiry about your product suddenly an "insult"?I was really looking forward to our meeting and was completely caught off-guard by his strange response to a very reasonable enquiry.I have never heard anything so absurd from a business owner with a product to sell.

Similar to corduroy Angel . We asked this company to quote us for a make over of our kitchen with replacement doors and worktop as he advertises that this is his specialism . When we returned to view plans he had redesigned the whole kitchen and moved radiators on the plan . This was naturally not what we had asked for and was a far greater cost than we had indicated our desired spend was ! . When we queried this the make up of the units and what the worksurfaces could be made of rather than laminate his response was to turn to my husband and say he usually advised men not to bring their wives as it cost thousands more ( I was paying for this project little did he know !!! . When I called to say we would not be going with this company he said if we couldn't afford him he didn't want our business . What a rude and insulting attitude ! Needless to say he would not acknowledge his attitude had no bearing on our decision !!!
