Really nice hotel. Was perfect location for a work trip in Dumfries. Spacious room and bathroom. Clean and tidy. Bed very comfy. Only downside was room was very warm first night (even tho window had been opened) as sun had been streaming in. Considering where this is it's great. The room I had #34 was great, modern update with a great bathroom and new TV. Sometimes you get crap old room but this place was great. The food is also good, good prices too. Can't complain at all. Be warned tho the entrance to the carpark is a bomb site and will rock your car like... read full comment

Having booked an accessible room, on arrival we found it to be at the end of two very long corridors. With a heart condition this was quite unsatisfactory.
