“The other day, we bought a baby thermometer, and for any reason, it stopped working.I went back to Boot to replace the product.By no means when I left my old thermometer was given back, once at home I realized that I got the wrong one. Called boota to let them know about this.The next day we went back and collected the new product, kindly they give us a little present for the inconvenience. It was not necessary at all mistakes will always happen, but we were happy to receive some baby products.Thank you so much”
