“Rang the shop a couple of times as we needed an X-Large dog crate for our holiday in Scotland. Staff were so helpful & couldn’t do enough to assist. We arrived at the shop at 6.50pm as they were closing at 7. They didn’t rush us or make us feel uncomfortable as they obviously were ready to leave at 7.Wish all shop staff in all shops were as wonderful as here.Thanks to you all & time for a bonus !!!!”
