sold a faulty chair (and not as described online) and refused to take it back. Weeks of photos, videos, calls. No answer from customer complaints. Stuck with £ 250 rubbish.

As stated by a lot of others, the delivery was a joke. I got the legs of the table and when I called about the top, I was told every day for over a week that it would be with me for 6pm. I was told they'd tried to deliver it but I'd been in all day and then the next week had a neighbour telling me they'd got a missed delivery from them - while I was working outside my house. I was repeatedly told I'd get a call but never got one. The desk was actually pretty good, shame the company is so poor.

Rubbish when things go wrong - Don't waste MoneyI placed 2 orders with them (5345549 and 5345595). The 1st one was deliverd and the qaulity was great. The second order firstly got delayed and upon calling customer care was told TNT had issues and will chase the manufacturer. Eventually it got deliverd late. Now the real trouble starts. The condition in which this was deliverd is pathetic and the parts were damaged. Asked if a refund can be processed and they again need to conatct the manufacturer. Not sure how long this process will take to resolve. I attached and sent the pictures to the customer care team for their ref.To pack the parts back to the manufacturer firstly not sure if the box is going to hold. Thsi is how bad the delivery was. Absolutely disappointed and would not buy again. Custoemr care is to help when things go wrong but little assurance from their side that they can resolve this.

Arm rests on a heavy Duty 24x7 chair fell in less than 2 years, so wouldn't last 8 months if used 24x7 but they decided it was outside of warranty and reasonable use.

Ordered the Fusion Mesh Office Chair. Unfortunately the holes are faulty meaning that the bolt just goes round and round. It can't be taken out and it can't be screwed in securely. It's not safe. I have had 2 sets of replacement parts sent out and have had the same issues. I have decided to go for a return and refund however they are insisting on collecting the chair for this. However, I have been waiting at home for the past 3 days with promises of an imminent collection but still I am left with a huge box in the middle of my living space.I am very frustrated with the amount of time I have wasted in trying to assemble this chair and return it.The right thing for the company to do now would be to issue a full refund. If they don't do this, I will be triggering this through my credit card provider.I wouldn't recommend this particular model of chair as it seems faulty and unsafe. I also would caution anyone about buying from a company that has a very arduous and time consuming returns process.

AVOID as some furniture might be alright, but some will come damaged and i will take months and months to get this replaced. We are waiting from July and constantly chasing..it is October 2020 and still...1. The storage unit has been damaged and Office furniture advises that it should not be replaced - they are investigating on this(!). 2.There is no communication between suppliers, customer service and delivery company. A huge delivery has turned up in our office without notice (it was a huge luck we have been in our old office and could open the new office for delivery) - there has been no notification whatsoever, considering the lock-down and working from home system, you would have thought they will take this into consideration. 3. The delivery date is never 100% confirmed (in 21st century, I think there is no excuse for that) 4. You really have to chase your order otherwise it will never be delivered.To resolve your issues you must call, as the emails don't resolve much. While waiting on the line be aware that they might hang up on you/or it will disconnect. Clearly the Office Furniture does not understand that happy customer tend to come back and buy more, which in our case will never happen. ( I have attached the damaged unit, there is no picture of not delivered items though:), let's see if they will deliver these tomorrow) //Update// two weeks after: the desks were delivered and left unattended at the main entrance door, nobody has buzzed nor called us to notify. Chairs came with a massive delay and the delivery lady advised that she cannot bring them to our door step because it is too heavy, and asked me to help her, which was impossible for me to do..on top of that we paid for delivery and installation £500..So they said it'll be delivered the next available working day. The replacement for the damaged unit did not come through. trying to call them, but no response.Good job, guys!20/10/2020 - guess what? we are still waiting on our damaged furniture to be replaced. They keep saying (when they reply) that it is coming. Oh well, I guess we stuck with them forever. Anybody knows how to help us?December 2020 - We requested a refund and have received the replacement within two weeks! finally!

This is a second chance i gave this company and it was the last. I ordered a desk online which was listed as ready for next day delivery just to receive the email the next day that it will be 2-3 weeks before I can get it. After changing colour of the legs, the item was delivered quicker but once we opened it, it was 400mm wider then we've ordered. Company first demanded £75 for return but when we complained they refused to deal with our request. I would not recommend using the company. I definitely wont.

I usually don't post reviews but this one deserves.Product: Excellent build quality, comfy and rugged chair. Loved it so much that i went ahead and ordered one more.Delivery: My first order delivered within 3 days and second order delivered the next-day.Packaging: Packed professionally. even small screws were labelled (D, E and F) matching the Install instructions. Installation was breeze for both the chairs.Customer Care: I wanted assembled chair for my second order and paid before 3 pm for next-day delivery. Harri e-mailed me within 15 minutes of order time that they couldn't assemble for next-day delivery and asked me whether i could take packaged deliver or wait for assembled chair. I took packaged delivery and i got refund the next day for assembly charges.Tips: Just don't go by prize while buying. Look for dimensions, Width of base, lumbar support, height before buying. You can't go wrong.

Ordered a desk and waited 4 weeks for it to arrive (which is fine since the website stated 30 working days). However, the desk did not have any of the fixings included inside the packaging.Been chasing customer services for 2 days - however they just keep saying they are waiting to hear back from the manufacturer. I requested they send me one of their 'Next Day' desks as a temporary measure - as I could be looking at waiting another 4 weeks just for some fixings, but they have refused.I know its not necessarily OfficeFurnitureOnline themselves - however it is their responsibility to sort something out if their suppliers mess up, but they just keep deflecting the issue to the manufacturer and they can't give me any time scales for when I can expect anything to arrive.If they gave me an answer or chased their suppliers better I could make a decision to return the whole thing.I won't be ordering anything from them again and won't be recommending to family or colleagues.

Dreadful experience so far! I ordered a desk as I'm having to work from home more during the lockdown and the desk I have now is unsuitable to sit at for long periods. Got half a desk delivered a day late and missing the legs and fittings and fixtures after most of two days emailing various people and phoning but no one answering the phone I'm still non the wiser as to if and when the rest is coming! I'm an NHS worker and don't this hassle!! Do not use this dreadful company!!!

I have initially received a damaged chair with a missing screw. After I managed to get in touch with customer support (expect to wait at least 30 min.) they told me they will send the replacement parts. However, after 3 days I have only received the damaged part without a screw. Now I need to chase them to send the missing screw. All in all, a next day delivery will be minimum 10 days wait!The only positive thing is that they accepted to match the competitor price after the sale.

I ordered in large part as they offered next day delivery. I think it's been 3 days so far and no contact from them. I phoned just now and the person i spoke to even expected that there may further issues with delivery. If your decision is swayed by rapid delivery time - i wouldn't necessarily believe what is advertised. Fingers crossed the chair is comfy.

Absolute disgrace. Failed to deliver next days as promised. After I waited in all day I finally got a message at 18:30 pretty much saying they couldn't be bothered. Customers services just kept responding with their standard line and refused to make any effort to actually help resolve the problem. I asked for a refund and they said they would, but of course it never arrived. I sent 8 emails and still nothing after nearly a month.It wasn't so much the missed delivery that was annoying it was how they then wouldn't help sort an alternative out and things just went from bad to worse. They blatantly lied about a refund. Customer services were utterly useless and unhelpful. It felt like their only job was to try to fob off customers with excuses rather than actually do anything. I am shocked at how bad they were, didn?t think it was possible these days.Wish I had read the google reviews before dealing with these people. I never did get a refund in the end and had to put claim in through the credit card. This company is a joke, you might get lucky, but if there is any problem with your order you will struggle to resolve it.

I was hesitant after reading many negative reviews. However they had the exact product I wanted at a competitive price, so I took the plunge.There was an issue with the order which needed some communication with their team to get resolved but this was handled swiftly via email which was great.Very happy with the product received.
