ZERO STAR AND CUSTOMER SERVICE.
sold a faulty chair (and not as described online) and refused to take it back. Weeks of photos, videos, calls. No answer from customer complaints. Stuck with £ 250 rubbish.

As stated by a lot of others, the delivery was a joke. I got the legs of the table and when I called about the top, I was told every day for over a week that it would be with me for 6pm. I was told they'd tried to deliver it but I'd been in all day and then the next week had a neighbour telling me they'd got a missed delivery...

Rubbish when things go wrong - Don't waste MoneyI placed 2 orders with them (5345549 and 5345595). The 1st one was deliverd and the qaulity was great. The second order firstly got delayed and upon calling customer care was told TNT had issues and will chase the manufacturer. Eventually it got deliverd late. Now the real...
